Testimonials and reviews:
This is a really nice campground. We went in our travel trailer and there was always alot of activities going on. There is about as much to do at the campground as there is at the parks. You almost need about two weeks to be able to stay there. A week for the parks, and a week for the campground..
We stayed in a cabin for a week on vacation in disney. The pools were verry nice. the people were nice as they could be. This is one of the best resorts that I have ever been to I hope to come back again sometime when ever i am in disney again we will stay at the fort wilderness resort.
Our family decided for our fall vacation to Disney to skip the hotels and bring our campers for a change and I am so glad. Staying at a Disney resort is a must to start with, once we where there we never moved our vehicles...Great Transportation system. Well on to the campground, as you would expect from Disney everything was
Having grown up camping all over the U.S in R.V. s this was our first time camping with our young family and my first time at Fort Wilderness. And I have to say I was quite impressed with the facilities here. It was definitely one of, if not the nicest campgroud I've ever stayed at as far as layout and facilities.
